Join us for a relaxing Plein Air Painting Workshop on Friday, August 22nd at 4:30 PM, meeting down by the lake at Hartley Park in Lakewood, NY. Plein air painting—French for “open air”—is all about capturing the landscape around you in the moment, we will be using watercolors. This is not a step-by-step class; instead, all materials will be provided so you can simply sit, observe, and paint what you see. At the end, we'll come together to share our work and appreciate how each person saw the same view in their own unique way. All skill levels welcome you may as each other for help, but we are not there for teaching it is just a "get together". Registration is optional.
