Join us for an evening with award-winning author Destiny Kinal as she shares insights and readings from her acclaimed Textile Trilogy: Burning Silk, Linen Shroud, and Oil & Water. With 24 years of writing and reflection, Kinal explores themes of matrilineality, utopian communities, the Arts and Crafts movement, natural dyes, and reimagining our future beyond the petroleum age. Her lecture and reading will offer a powerful look at the intersection of women’s stories, environmental justice, and creative resistance.
