This program is free and open to the public. It is recommended that participants read The Emotion Code book, but it is not a prerequisite for this class. Hydration is key to the effectiveness of this work, so participants are asked to bring drinking water.

About the instructor: Lisa Margaret has Over 20 Years’ Experience in Holistic Wellness. She is a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Certified Body Code Practitioner, Certified Life Purpose Coach and has a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology.
