Thursdays | 10–10:45 am | Heritage Room | Ages: Newborn–4 years | $5 per class | Mixing classical strength training, cardio intervals, as well as traditional barre and Pilates core work, certified Pilates & Group Fitness Instructor Lynnette Galbier will help moms work their entire body alongside their baby or active toddler. Participants are welcome to bring a mat for their comfort and are encouraged to bring a water bottle and baby carrier.
